Refunds

All sales final

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of fine art, all sales at Austin Gallery are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on artwork purchases.

Each piece in our collection is carefully authenticated, photographed in detail, and accurately described in its listing. We encourage buyers to review all images, dimensions, and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.


Damaged items

In the rare event that artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and original packaging.

All artwork is professionally packed and shipped with full insurance. We will work with you and our shipping carrier to resolve the issue — either through a claim, repair, or replacement where possible.

Important: Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to file an insurance claim.

About authenticity

We carefully research and vet every piece we offer, providing all known provenance, documentation, and our professional assessment with each listing.

However, Austin Gallery cannot guarantee the authenticity or attribution of any artwork. Art authentication is inherently complex, and we encourage collectors to consult independent experts if authentication is a concern prior to purchase.


Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at t@austingallery.org. We may be able to cancel orders that have not yet been packaged or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We strongly encourage potential buyers to contact us with any questions about condition, dimensions, framing, materials, or any other details before completing a purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or information to help you make a confident decision.
